<br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />November 2, 1983 <br />-7- <br /> <br />In response to concerns expressed by the neighbors regarding the existing <br />operation, Berry suggested the Commission should determine whether the <br />applicant is living up to the conditions of the existing special use permit. <br /> <br />Dressler moved that the Planning Commission deny Margolis Brothers Company's <br />request for special use permit at 295 Larpenteur. <br /> <br />The motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Wiski moved and Berry seconded that the Planning Commission continue Margolis <br />Brothers Company's request for special use permit at 295 Larpenteur to the <br />December 7, 1983, meeting of the Commission to allow review of the applicant's <br />compliance with the conditions of the existing special use permit. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Berry, Moeller, Wiski, Johnson, Matson, and Rukavina. Nays: <br />Dressler. <br /> <br />Planning File 1436 - Study of Housing Alternatives in the R-l zoning district. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Wiski moved and Berry seconded that the Planning Commission continue its review <br />of housing alternatives in the R-l zoning district to the December 7, 1983 <br />Commission meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Moeller, Wiski, Dressler, <br />Johnson, Matson, and Rukavina.
