<br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />-8- <br /> <br />Wiski indicated the Comprehensive Plan shows a business use on the site. <br />This will be implemented at some point. The traffic issue is paramount. <br />The applicant should conduct a study of the traffic impact of the proposed <br />use. <br /> <br />Matson indicated he felt the City should be involved in a traffic study so <br />that the information is available for whatever use is proposed. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Wiski moved and Berry seconded that the Discus of Roseville request for <br />rezoning at 2561 Snelling be continued to the May 2, 1984 Commission <br />meeting to allow for a study of the traffic problem and potential solutions; <br />and to get clarification from the State regarding a signal or other solution <br />to the problem. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, ~1atson, Moeller, Berry, Dressler, Johnson, and <br />Vern Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1436 - Study of housing alternatives in the R-l zone. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Johnson moved and Berry seconded that the discussion of housing alternatives <br />be continued to the May 9, 1984 Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson.
