<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 2, 1984 <br /> <br />The May 2, 1984 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was <br />called to order by Chairman Donn Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: Berry, Moeller, Dressler, Johnson, Matson, and Wiski. <br /> <br />Members Absent: DeBenedet. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Council liaison Al Kehr, Howard Dahlgren, David Drown, and <br />Ron Moorse. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Berry Moved and Johnson Seconded that the minutes of the regular meeting <br />of April 4, 1984, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Moeller, Dressler, <br />Johnson, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1489 - Marie Woller request for division of lot at 851 County <br />Road B. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant proposes to divide her existing lot <br />to create two single-family home lots. He indicated the lot division re- <br />quires a dedication of an additional 10 feet of right-of-way on both <br />Victoria and County Road B. The frontage of the new lot will be greater <br />than that required. The lot area will be 10,097 square feet, rather than <br />the 11,000 square feet minimum. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Wiski asked why the lot line couldn't be moved southerly to make the northerly <br />lot conform to code. <br /> <br />Mrs. Woller indicated she had planned for an 11,000 square foot lot, but the <br />dedication of right-of-way decreased the size. <br /> <br />Matson asked what the lot size is across Victoria. <br /> <br />Dahlgren indicated the lot frontage is 80 feet, but the lots are very deep. <br />
