<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />-11- <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Berry, Dressler, Matson, Moeller, and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1504 - Richard Robbins' request for special use permit for PUD <br />at 2764 Victoria. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren <br />on the site. <br />is needed to <br />struction of <br /> <br />indicated the applicant proposes to construct a detached garage <br />Because the parcel currently contains three principle uses, a PUD <br />bring the site into conformance with City Code to allow the con- <br />the garage. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the major issue is the dedication of an additional 10-feet of <br />right-of-way on Victoria. <br /> <br />Dave Drown explained that the duplex currently is partially on County right-of-way. <br />The dedication would put more of the duplex on the right-of-way. Regardless of <br />what portion is on the right-of-way, if the County widens Victoria, they will <br />ask that the duplex be moved off the right-of-way. This does not mean it must <br />be "removed" or torn down. It could be moved back onto private property. <br /> <br />Wiski indicated he could not support the application because the PUD ordinance <br />requires a 2-acre parcel. He felt the two-acre minimum should be changed to allow needed <br />flexibility. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved and DeBenedet seconded that the Planning Commission recommend approval <br />of Richard Robbins' request for special use permit for PUD at 2764 Victoria, with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That an additional 10-feet of right-of-way be dedicated along Victoria. <br />2) That the outstanding sanitary sewer assessment be paid. <br />3) That all new or existing driveways conform to City Code. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Berry, Dressler, Matson, and Moeller. Nays: Wiski. <br /> <br />Adj ournment <br /> <br />Moeller moved and Berry seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 12:01 a.m. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Berry, Dressler, Matson, ~10eller, and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br />
