R. Hakworthy request for rezoning, division of lot, <br />and variance at 171 Center Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant is requestin~ a rezoning, from R-l to <br />R-2, division of lot and a setback variance to allow the construction of 3 <br />duplexes on the site, two of which would have a zero lot line. <br /> <br />C. R. Hakworthy explained the development proposal. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Drown indicated the driveway needs to be redesigned to permit the right hand <br />turn at the top of the hill by emergency vehicles. <br /> <br />The neighbors expressed several concerns: <br /> <br />1. Traffic problems, especially on the drive adjacent to the neighbor to <br />the north. <br />
