<br />Roseville Planning Commission Meeting <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 5, 1984 <br /> <br />The September 5, 1984 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairman Donn Wiski at 7:30 PM. <br /> <br />Members Present: Matson, Johnson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler and <br />Wiski. <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff Present: Council Liaison Al Kehr, Howard Dahlgren, David Drown and <br />Ron Moorse. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded that the approval of the minutes be con- <br />tinued to the October 3, 1984 Planning Commission Meeting because the <br />Commissioners did not receive the minutes prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler and <br />Wiski. <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Planning File 1534 - Discus of Roseville, Inc. request for Special Use Permit, <br />division of lot and Variance at 2750 Snelling Frontage <br />Road East. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Howard Dahlgren indicated the applicant proposes to construct a Fuddrucker's <br />Restaurant on the site. He explained the reason for the Variances to Parking <br />Setbacks is the proposal for two common access drives between the subject <br />site and the parcels to the north and south. The Special Use Permit is re- <br />quired for site plan approval in the BI-B Zone. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren also indicated NCR-Comten has no opposition to the proposal. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Matson asked the applicant whether the sidewalk requirement was acceptable. <br /> <br />Mike Platt, representative of Discus of Roseville, Inc., indicated they would <br />construct the sidewalk. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved and DeBenedet seconded that the Planning Commission recommend <br />approval of Discus of Roseville's request for Special Use Permit, division of <br />lot, and Variances to Parking Setback at 2750 Snelling Frontage Road East, <br />with the following conditions: <br />
