Mr. Smith indicated it would be too costly to add curb to the existing area. Mr. Smith indicated there were no plans to add lights or refrigeration to the existing facility. The neighbors expressed concern in regard to the drainage at the eastern edge of the site. The applicant indicated all drainage at the rear of the site is to the south. Johnson indicated she would like to see more landscaping on the site. Matson indicated that since this is not a large addition, and since there is open space to the south, he did not think that additional landscaping should be required. Recommendation Matson moved, and Dressler seconded that the Planning COJJlffiission recoJJlffiend approval of Walter Kohler's request for variance to parking lot requirements at 3070 Lexington, wi th the following conditions: 1) That directional signs be provided at the driveways for one-way in and one-way out, 2) That the drainage and grading plans be approved by City staff. 3) That the project be developed in accordance with plans dated 9/27/84. Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, Johnson, ~Iatson, Moeller and Wiski. Nays: None. Matson reminded the Commission members that the annual Planning Institute is being held on November 30.
