<br />seville Planning Commission Me' ng <br /> <br />Wednesday, January 2, 1985 <br /> <br />The January 2, 1985 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called <br />to order by Chairman Donn Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members present: Dressler, Johnson, Matson, Berry, DeBenedet and Wiski. <br /> <br />Members absent: Moeller. <br /> <br />Staff present: Council liaison Al Kehr, Planning Consultant Howard Dahlgren, David <br />Drown and Ron Moorse. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Matson moved, and DeBenedet seconded that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />December 5, 1984 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Johnson, Matson, Berry, DeBenedet and Wiski. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski suggested revising the agenda as follows: <br /> <br />1. Planning File 1563 <br />2. Planning File 1569 <br />3. Planning File 1568 <br />4. Planning File 1567 <br /> <br />There being no objections, the agenda was so revised. <br /> <br />Planning File 1563 - Ashland Oil request for special use permit and variances to <br />setbacks at 2172 Lexington. <br /> <br />Wiski indicated the applicant has requested continuation of the request because <br />revised site plans and related materials have not been prepared. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved, and Berry seconded that the Planning Commission continue action on <br />Ashland Oil's request for special use permit and variances to setbacks at 2172 <br />Lexington to the February 6, 1985 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Johnson, Matson, Berry, DeBenedet and Wiski. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wiski declared his interest in the Tanurb and M. T. Realty agenda items, due to his <br />employment with the Korsunsky, Krank and Erickson architectural firm. He indicated <br />he would not participate in the discussion or the voting concerning those two items. <br />Wiski turned the gavel over to Bob Matson. <br />
