<br />Roseville Planning Commission <br /> <br />March 6, 1985 <br /> <br />The March 6, 1985 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairman Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members present: Matson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, Johnson <br />and wiski. <br /> <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Staff present: Council liaison June Demos, Planning Consultant <br />Howard Dahlgren, Public Works Director Charles <br />Honchell and Assistant City Manager Steve North. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Matson moved, Moeller seconded that the minutes of the regular meeting <br />of February 6, 1985 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, Johnson <br />and Wiski. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1574 - Ettinger Transfer Corporation application for <br />division of lot at 2360 County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated Ettinger Transfer had received a special use <br />permit last month to construct a 60,000 square foot warehouse addition <br />toward the westerly end of the site. They are now applying for a <br />division of the lot. <br /> <br />Tom Dunwell, architect representing the applicant, indicated the <br />property would be used for a distribution warehouse. The division of <br />the lot would not affect the drainage system on the property. Ettinger <br />Transfer has received approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />for the development. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved, DeBenedet seconded that the Commission recommend approval <br />of Ettinger Transfer Corporation application for division of lot at <br />2360 County Road C, as per the survey dated 1/9/85, and revised <br />2/6/85. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, Johnson <br />and Wiski. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br />
