Mr. Matson assumed the <br />Chairmanship. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren stated Tanurb Developments is replatting the property <br />previously rezoned for a shopping center. He indicated an access <br />easement from the dead end of America Street on the east property line <br />to the entrance on County Road B-2 was required to be shown on the plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Honchell described the easements required for water, sanitary sewer <br />and ponding. He indicated there were no problems with the plat at this <br />point, and that all of the details could be worked out before the final <br />plat is approved. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Vinkers, Merila & Associates, representing Tanurb, indicated <br />they intended to show the easement for America Street on the Plat. They <br />would also provide the required easements for utilities. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded that Tanurb Developments, Inc. <br />application for preliminary plat at 2480 Fairview Avenue be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That an access easement for America Street from the east property <br />line to County Road B-2 be provided on the plat. <br /> <br />2) That all utility easements be approved by City staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler and <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Not Voting: Wiski. <br /> <br />Planning File 1576 - Metropolitan Recovery Corporation application <br />for rezoning from 1-2 to I-2a, special use permit <br />and preliminary plat at 2430 Rose Place. <br />
