<br />Roseville Planning Commission Meeting <br />September 4, 1985 <br /> <br />P~e 10 <br /> <br />Mr. DeBenedet wondered whether the Council can waive these requirements <br />relating to these particular costs. Mr. Drown re-emphasized that the roadway <br />to the north should really be constructed and the City would pay for the cul- <br />de-sac to the upper northern part of the area. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hurias asked why the road needs to be widened and wouldn't a hydrant have <br />to be moved. Mr. Hurias also asked why the street widths weren't uniform. <br /> <br />Mr. Matson asked whether Mr. Hurias had decided to petition the City for <br />improvements. Mr. Hurias stated that at this point in time he had not <br />decided. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved, seconded by DeBenedet to approve the preliminary plat. <br />The following conditions applied: <br /> <br />a. The lot numbers be designated for each parcel. <br /> <br />b. Dedication of right-of-way be 7 feet on the northern parcel and 3 feet <br />on the southern parcel. <br /> <br />c. Staff review the utility requests when so submitted. <br /> <br />d. Hurias petition for improvements of street at a minimum width of 24 <br />feet with parking restrictions on each side. <br /> <br />e. That the building permit have a two year limitation. <br /> <br />f. The staff review the easement needs. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved that he would like to see te Council look at all the <br />alternatives regarding the extension of the street and utilities to the <br />area at minimum cost.
