Mr. Drown pointed out that <br />there is a free-standing gar~e in the northern parcel that could create a <br />problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Mueller asked Mr. Hurias about the garage and his proposed timetable. Mr. <br />Hurias stated that the garage is only five (5) years old and he would like to <br />hold onto it if possible. <br /> <br />Mr. DeBenedet asked about <br />improvements to the area. <br />for a new street and that <br />site for the home. <br /> <br />the extension of utilities and the street <br />Mr. Drown discussed how the cost would be allocated <br />it could end up around approximately $15,000.00 on the <br />
