Presentation Mr. Dahlgren pointed out that several months ago the applicant applied to the City for a lot split to create an area for an additional single-family home. None of the properties were existing plats, therefore it was more appropriate that the request come forward in terms of a preliminary plat. Mr. Hurias also showed illustrations of what he was proposing and how his home would sit on the respective lot to the north. Mr. Drown pointed out that there is a free-standing gar~e in the northern parcel that could create a problem. Mr. Mueller asked Mr. Hurias about the garage and his proposed timetable. Mr. Hurias stated that the garage is only five (5) years old and he would like to hold onto it if possible.
