<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Wednesday, October 2, 1985 <br /> <br />The October 2, 1985 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairman Don Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: DeBenedet, Matson, Dressler, Mueller, Johnson, <br />Wiski, and Berry. <br /> <br />Members Absent: None. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Drown, Blais, and Waldron. <br /> <br />Ex Officio Member: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of September 4, 1985 be approved with the following <br />correction/addition: <br /> <br />A. That on Page 1, Planning File 1608, Johnson's questioning of Mr. <br />Hess regarding the proposed building color, size, and <br />materials be depicted in said minutes. <br /> <br />B. That on Page 6, first sentence at the top of the page, <br />the spelling of "Nolans" be corrected to "Knowlan's". <br /> <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Matson, Johnson, Mueller, DeBenedet, Dressler, <br />and Wiski. <br />None. <br />Berry. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: <br /> <br />Planning File 1608 <br />Hess Hair Milk Laboratories request for front yard and side yard <br />setback, and variance front parking code at 1911 Rice Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Mr. Hess was unable to complete the required drawings for this <br />particular meeting. DeBenedet moved, seconded by Johnson, to <br />untable Mr. Hess' request. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Mueller, Berry, DeBenedet, <br />Dressler and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Berry then moved, seconded by DeBenedet, to adjourn (or continue) <br />action on this particular item until the November 6 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Mueller, Berry, DeBenedet, <br />Dressler, and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br />
