<br />Roseville Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, December 4, 1985 <br /> <br />The December 4, 1985 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairman Donn wiski at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Members present: Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, Johnson, Matson, Mueller, <br />and Wiski. <br /> <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Staff present: Dahlgren, Drown, and Waldron. <br /> <br />Ex Officio Member: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting <br />of November 6, 1985, be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Berry, Johnson, Dressler, Matson, Mueller, <br />DeBenedet, and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1633 <br />Gretchen M. Ternes rezoning request from R-1 to 1-1 at 2328 <br />Terminal Road. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Mr. Dahlgren showed the Commission the property in question, and <br />the general area in which the development would take place. This <br />project would be an 11,000 square foot building. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren also proceeded to discuss the drainage, landscape <br />and elevation plans with respect to the rezoning request. Mr. <br />Dahlgren pointed out the Comprehensive Plan does depict the area <br />as industrial. <br /> <br />Gretchen Ternes addressed the Commission and stated that she <br />thought the rezoning request was appropriate, and that she had <br />hoped Planning Commission members viewed her proposal as an <br />attribute to the community. <br />
