<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />December 4, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded, that the ordinance also be <br />changed to reflect the fact that in subdivision of a lot, a <br />turnaround be required on both lots. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Berry, DeBenedet, and Wiski. <br />Dressler, Johnson, Matson, and Mueller. <br /> <br />The motion died four to three. <br /> <br />other Business <br />Matson then thanked the Commission for the experience and <br />opportunity to serve. He pointed out that he looked forward to <br />working with the Commission in his new capacity as a City Council- <br />member. The Commission subsequently thanked Mr. Matson for his <br />work on the Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Drown also announced that he would be leaving the City for a <br />position with the State. The Commission thanked Mr. Drown for <br />his work, and Mr. Dahlgren pointed out the outstanding work that <br />Mr. Drown had completed for the City and Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Change January Meeting Date from January 1 to January 8 <br />DeBenedet moved, seconded by Berry, that the meeting be changed <br />from Janaury 1 to January 8, 1986. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Johnson, Dressler, Matson, Mueller, <br />DeBenedet, and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m. <br />
