That the grading plan be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />Said grading plan must be implemented by November 1, 1986, <br />which includes modification of dirt pile. <br /> <br />4. That the landscape plan be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />5. That the screening adjacent to the public property will be <br />developed. <br /> <br />6. That the building material be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />7. That the lighting plan be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />8. That the building be reoriented to facilitate placement of <br />the doors on the west. <br /> <br />9. That Lot 3 be deeded to the City. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />Johnson stated she hoped that the dirt pile simply wouldn't be <br />bulldozed. Dahlgren replied that some of the dirt pile may be <br />useful for a berm in the area. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that substantial screening should help with the <br />refuse problem. <br /> <br />Wiski asked whether Lot 3 is automatically dedicated with the <br />plat. Honchell stated if the plat was deeded to the City, that <br />would be acceptable. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Dressler, Goedeke, Johnson, Berry, DeBenedet, <br />and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Other Business <br />Waldron discussed the Economic Development Policy that was <br />approved by the City Council in February. Waldron stated that <br />when the joint meeting of the Planning Commission and Council <br />occurs, the Policy can be discussed in more detail. <br /> <br />It was also noted that this was Judy Dressler's last meeting. <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded, a motion thanking Ms. Dressler <br />for her outstanding contribution to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m. <br />
