<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Wednesday, May 7, 1986 <br /> <br />The May 7, 1986 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commis- <br />sion was called to order by Chairman Donn Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: Berry, Moeller, DeBenedet, Maschka, Johnson, <br />Goedeke, and Wiski. <br /> <br />Members Absent: None. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Dahlgren, Janisch, and Waldron. <br /> <br />Ex Officio Member: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />DeBenedet moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of April 9, 1986 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, DeBenedet, Maschka, Johnson, Goedeke, <br />and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: Berry. <br /> <br />Modification of Agenda <br />DeBendet moved, Maschka seconded, that the Jerome Formo request <br />for division of lot be moved up in the Agenda, behind the Wilfred <br />Spear request, as Mr. Formo had a 9:00 p.m. appointment. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Moeller, DeBenedet, Maschka, Johnson, <br />Goedeke, and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1646 <br />Wilfred Spear request for preliminary plat at 2140, 2150 Cleve- <br />land Avenue, and 2030 County Road B. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren discussed the most recent Spear request, and the fact <br />that it is basically the same proposal that was before the <br />Planning Commission and subsequent City Council March 17, 1986. <br />Dahlgren briefly touched upon the changes in the application, <br />which entail expansions of lots 1 and 2. <br /> <br />Berry moved, Maschka seconded, the Wilfred Spear request for <br />preliminary plat at 2140, 2150 Cleveland Avenue, and 2030 County <br />Road B, be approved. The following conditions were attached: <br /> <br />1. That a six foot easement for the walkway be provided to the <br />City through a separate instrument from the owner to the <br />City. <br />
