<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />May 7, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Berry stated her concern <br />part of the development. <br />should start fairly soon <br />mature. <br /> <br />regarding the traffic on the eastern <br />Berry also stated that the planning <br />so that the trees would have time to <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Maschka seconded, approval of the Northwestern <br />College request for Special Use Permit and parking variance at <br />3003 North Snelling Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That additional parking be required as may be designated by <br />the City, if facilities prove inadequate. <br /> <br />2. Subject to Engineering staff review of detailed engineering <br />plans. <br /> <br />3. Subject to staff review of final landscaping plans prior to <br />construction of each stage of development. <br /> <br />4. That the P.U.D. to be in effect for a period of thirty-six <br />months. <br /> <br />5. That all new parking areas and revised roadways include <br />concrete curbing, as required by ordinance. <br /> <br />6. That all development is to be in accordance with the P.U.D. <br />plan as submitted in the amended P.U.D. plan dated April 26 <br />and 28, 1986. <br /> <br />7. That applicant will work with staff to manage traffic on the <br />eastern part of the development. <br /> <br />8. That existing main entrance is to be removed as soon as other <br />entrances are constructed. <br /> <br />9. That new site plans for the Health and Fitness Center be <br />submitted to the Planning commission for additional review <br />prior to construction. <br /> <br />10. That no parking be allowed on the eastern side of the new <br />residential building. <br /> <br />11. That no lighting is permitted on the athletic field. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />Commissioner Johnson asked about the timing of the resubmission <br />of the Health and Fitness Building plan. Dahlgren replied that it <br />would be forthcoming to the Planning Commission, once the College <br />reviews its plans for said structure. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Moeller, DeBenedet, Maschka, Johnson, <br />Goedeke, and wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br />
