<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Wednesday, July 2, 1986 <br /> <br />The July 2, 1986 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commis- <br />sion was called to order by Chairman Donn Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: Berry, Moeller, Maschka, Johnson, and Wiski. <br /> <br />Members None. DeBenedet and Goedeke. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Dahlgren, Janisch, and Waldron. <br /> <br />Ex Officio Member: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Berry moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of June 4, 1986 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Berry, Moeller, Maschka, Johnson, and Wiski. <br />None. <br /> <br />Chairman Wiski announced at the commencement of the meeting that <br />three of the items would be continued until the August meeting. <br /> <br />Planning File 1656 <br />James Trapp request for Special Use Permit at 2209 West County <br />Road C-2. <br /> <br />Judy Trapp asked that this request be continued until the August <br />meeting to provide the proper time to address the Planning <br />Commission's concerns. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Moeller seconded, that the Trapp request for <br />Special Use Permit at 2209 West County Road C-2 be continued to <br />the August Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Planning File 1674 <br />Ervine A. Zaspel request for division of lot at 2130 William <br />Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren showed the Planning Commission members where the <br />proposed split was to take place, and discussed the respective <br />lot sizes. He pointed out that the home will be five feet from <br />the property line, which is appropriate in this particular dis- <br />trict. <br /> <br />Maschka asked as to whether a new building on the site would also <br />be five feet from the property line. Dahlgren replied no, that a <br />new structure would have to be constructed with the minimum of <br />ten feet from the new lot split line. <br /> <br />Berry moved, Maschka seconded, that the Ervine A. Zaspel request <br />for division of lot at 2130 William Street be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Berry, Moeller, Maschka, Johnson, and Wiski. <br />None. <br />
