<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />July 2, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Review of TIF District No.5. <br /> <br />Craig Waldron explained the proposed modifications in the <br />development district that would create the new Tax Increment <br />District No.5. He pointed out that the overall development <br />district boundaries were not changing. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Planning Commission <br />finds that the proposed creation of Tax Increment District No. 5 <br />is in complete accordance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Berry, Johnson, Maschka, Moeller, and Wiski. <br />None. <br /> <br />Discussion of Non-motorized Pathway Requirements. <br />In view of the fact that two of the Planning Commission members <br />were absent, it was decided this item would be held over until <br />the August meeting. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m. <br />
