Roseville Planning Commission Minutes
August 6, 1986

Page 9

Johnson moved,
split at 2176
conditions:

Berry seconded, that the Lewis request for lot
West Highway 36 be approved with the following

1. That the front lot would be 32 feet wide, with a sewer
easement for the City.

2. That the applicant will pay all utility assessments.

Johnson stated that she had a similar situation with a lot, and
that the neighbors liked it but her family ended up doing all the
maintenance.

Berry stated in viewing the lot, she thought it was a reasonable
proposal.

Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Berry, DeBenedet, Wiski, Mashcka, and
Johnson.
Nays: None.

Other Business
Janisch proceeded to discuss the non-motorized pathway system
with the Planning Commission members.

DeBenedet asked as to whether the City needs to take another look
at the B-4 zoning and its respective restrictions.

Demos stated that it was her priority to review the B-4
requirements.

Demos also stated her concern with the perpetual continuance of
the Trapp proposal. It was her opinion that Trapp was
essentially stalling, and that this evening's continuance should
be the last.

The Planning Commission discussed the need for a joint meeting
with the City Council to consider the process regarding
amendments to the Comprehensive Plan in the targeted areas. The
date and process will be decided at a subsequent meeting.

Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
