<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />August 6, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Mr. Lewis discussed the situation regarding his lot and his <br />current home, and stated that he would prefer to utilize the 32 <br />feet as frontage and simply grant the City an easement. <br /> <br />Janisch also pointed out that the assessments for the water <br />improvements would be based on 200 feet. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that he felt the sanitary sewer problem was <br />resolvable. <br /> <br />Maschka asked if the City gets the appropriate <br />that solve the problem. Wiski replied that all Planning Commissioners visit <br />the projects before the meetings. Liefert stated, in his <br />opinion, this development would allow Lewis to put pressures on <br />his neighbors to purchase his land to ensure the natural environ- <br />ment in the area. <br /> <br />Mr. Cummings stated that if this approval did occur, it could <br />change the whole character of the neighborhood. Lewis again <br />stated that $2.75 dollars is a reasonable cost in Roseville, and <br />that he should have the opportunity to modify and sell his land <br />as he sees fit, as long as it meets all regulations. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked who was going to use the driveway, and would Mr. <br />Boyd have any difficulties in moving his camper in the area. <br />Lewis replied that the new owner would allow Mr. Boyd to use the <br />driveway to get to the back of his property. Lewis also stated <br />that as part of his covenant, only one dwelling would be allowed <br />on the new lot. <br />
