Mr. Gerster replied, yes it <br />has been calculated into the total parking requirements. <br /> <br />Berry asked Mr. Gerster to describe the trash rooms. Gerster <br />showed the respective rooms on the site plan and how they would <br />work. He pointed out that the grocery store would have to have <br />its trash facilities outside. <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked what type of handicap access would be available. <br />Gerster stated all the stores would be at the same level, and <br />that a blend of handicapped parking certainly would be available. <br /> <br />Berry asked how can doors be opened in the stores. Gerster said <br />it was difficult to address that item at this point in time, <br />based on the fact that the client mix is not known. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked as to whether Midway Ford knew about the potential <br />of the fast food restaurant on the site. Mr. DuFresne said he is <br />not sure if they know of it or not. He also pointed out that the <br />fast food development there is not concrete. They simply wanted to <br />depict the area on the site plan at this particular point in time. <br /> <br />Goedeke also asked about County Road C and potential traffic <br />problems. Gerster proceeded to discuss the fact that the County <br />will be adding a median and a signal where the Frontage Road is <br />today. He also pointed out that they have been using Steiger <br />Roscoe for the traffic analysis. <br /> <br />Maschka asked a question regarding the timeframe for the <br />development. Mr. DuFresne replied that initial activities would <br />start in December with the construction commencing in April. <br /> <br />Moeller asked what the State plans for a ramp exchange <br />area would do to this development. Dahlgren replied <br />appears the right-of-way is now going to be released <br />sides of Snelling. Honchell also pointed out that the <br />end up getting the Frontage Road back in the future. <br /> <br />in the <br />that it <br />on both <br />City may <br /> <br />Wiski asked where the Lido access lined up with other streets in <br />the area. Honchell replied that eventually the Lido access road <br />would hook up to other streets but at this point in time, that's <br />a long way off. <br /> <br />Berry moved, Maschka seconded, that Lincoln Companies request for <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />DeBenedet and wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Goedeke seconded, that Lincoln Companies request <br />for rezoning from 1-1 to B-4 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />DeBenedet and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br />
