Mr. Dahlgren stated that, in his <br />opinion, the truck bays facing the front would be a catastrophic <br />development in the area. He pointed out that this type of <br />development isn't even allowed in the City's industrial areas. <br /> <br />Bill Elholtz, the owner of TCF, explained how he initially <br />constructed his building on the site. <br /> <br />Moeller asked Vanasse how he could be building in two weeks if <br />Twin City Freight has not even left the site as of yet. Vanasse <br />claimed that a foundation permit would allow for immediate <br />implementation of lowering the Standard oil line and berm. <br />
