He also stated this <br />was one of the nicest terminals in the City, and he assumed it <br />would be one that would operate longer in the City of Roseville. <br />Mr. Dahlgren proceeded to discuss the various elements of the site <br />plan. He is extremely concerned with the fact that the rear of <br />the building faces the front, and that the elevated parking could <br />create a problem. Dahlgren stated that the Planning Commission <br />was faced with the problem in which the conditions had to change <br />or the use had to change. <br /> <br />Janisch discussed the drainage, which he thought basically was <br />workable. <br /> <br />Leonard Vanasse, representing Price Savers, stated that his <br />company will buy the site, redevelop it, 'and sell it to Price <br />Savers.
