He stated that this type of <br />criterion would be appropriate, and would allow the Planning <br />Commission to deal with noise levels as these requests came for- <br />ward. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked what would be the impact on surrounding owners of <br />a rezoning in this area. Dahlgren replied a rezoning was not <br />under consideration, but a modification to the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Johnson again stated her concern relating to this use in an I-1 <br />area, and proceeded to point to other I-1 areas where this use <br />could be put in place. <br /> <br />Moeller moved, Maschka seconded, that the Reilly Tire Company <br />request for amendment amendment to ordinance to allow tire recap- <br />ping as a Special Use in an 1-1 District be approved when the tire <br />recapping process is the pre-cure method. <br />
