<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />February 4, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren pointed out that this division of lot meets minimum lot size <br />and meets all shoreline permit requirements. <br /> <br />Janisch stated that the elevation of the home must be three feet <br />above the lake. <br /> <br />Berry moved, Maschka seconded, that the Bruce Johnson request for <br />division of platted lot and shoreline permit at 411 South Owassao <br />Boulevard be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the garage be removed within six months. <br /> <br />2. That ten feet of right-of-way on south Owasso Boulevard be <br />dedicated to the City. <br /> <br />3. That a fifteen foot drainage easement be granted between <br />the two properties. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Stokes, Maschka, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1726 <br />Thomas St. Martin request for a preliminary plat at 2030 North Dale <br />Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren showed the lot and the area where the split was proposed. <br />He stated the existing homes would be nonconforming; thus, a minor <br />variance would be needed if an expansion was ever anticipated for any <br />of the homes. <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked why the new house would have to be approximately <br />forty feet back from the line. Dahlgren explained this is based on <br />the relationship between the existing homes. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded, that the Thomas St. Martin request <br />for a prelminary plat at 2030 North Dale Street be approved with the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1. That ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated on Dale. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Stokes, Maschka, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Other Business <br />The Planning Commission members stated it would be appropriate that <br />copies of the Planning Reports be made available to the audience <br />during the meetings. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m. <br />
