That staff approve all final detailed plans, including engi- <br />neering, parking, access, utilities, grading and landscaping. <br /> <br />2. That plan approval is subject to adjustment based on the finali- <br />zation of the right-of-way for the roadway to the north. <br /> <br />3. That the vacation of the right-of-way is conditioned on MN/DOT <br />approval. <br /> <br />4. That a Development Agreement be signed with the City. <br /> <br />5. That the aproval is conditioned on the resolution of the EAW. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Stokes, Maschka, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1725 <br />Bruce Johnson request for division of platted lot and shoreline <br />permit at 411 South Owasso Boulevard. <br />
