<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Wednesday, May 6, 1987 <br /> <br />The May 6, 1987, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />mission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Com- <br />7:30 <br /> <br />Members Present: DeBenedet, Stokes, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka and Johnson. <br /> <br />Members Absent: None. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Dahlgren, Janisch, and Waldron. <br /> <br />Council Present: Cushman (liaison) and Kehr. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />DeBenedet moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regu- <br />lar meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission held Wednesday, <br />April 1, 1987, be approved with the modification that the Kayo <br />Oil Company address is County Road C, not County Road C-W. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1733 <br />Super America request for rezoning, Special Use Permit, and <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2172 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Mr. Dahlgren discussed the location where <br />posing to expand its parking to the east. <br />Super America is looking at a substantial <br />fence will be built around the back and the <br />ment. <br /> <br />Super America is pro- <br />He pointed out that <br />buffer, and that a <br />side of the develop- <br /> <br />Steve Johnson, representing Super America, pointed out that a <br />meeting had occurred with the neighbors, and the changes in the <br />fence were a result of the neighborhood meeting. <br /> <br />Berry asked how Super America was going to handle the elevation <br />differential between the two properties. Johnson maintained that <br />the neighbor's elevation would be maintained for approximately <br />fifteen feet. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked where the plantings were going to occur. Johnson <br />replied the plantings would occur on both sides of the fence. <br /> <br />Janisch pointed out that a catch basin within the facility was <br />going to be required. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Maschka seconded, that the Super America request <br />for Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2172 Lexington Avenue be <br />approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br />
