<br />Roseville Planning Commission Meeting <br />May 6, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded, that the Super America request <br />for rezoning at 2172 Lexington Avenue from R-1 to B-2 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Moeller seconded, that the Super America request <br />for Special Use Permit at 2172 Lexinton Avenue be approved. The <br />following conditions were attached: <br /> <br />2 . <br /> <br />That the expansion occur per plans dated February 4, 1987. <br />That the fencing be revised per neighborhood agreement. <br />That the setback be 35 feet from the east property line. <br /> <br />1 . <br /> <br />3 . <br /> <br />4. That the trash container be constructed of masonry to match <br />the rest of the building. <br /> <br />5. That staff approve the final site plans. <br /> <br />6. That ten feet of right-of-way on County Road B be dedicated. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />For the Record: <br />Super America also pointed out that the neighbors stated <br />significant concerns regarding the parking on County <br />which should be alleviated by the expansion. <br /> <br />they had <br />Road B, <br /> <br />Planning File 1734 <br />Kayo Oil Company request for rezoning and Special Use Permit at <br />1583 County Road C. <br /> <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded, that Kayo oil Company's request <br />for rezoning and Special Use Permit at 1583 County Road C be <br />continued until the June 3, 1987, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1741 <br />Paul L. Morgan request for division of lot at 2265 Marion Road. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren discussed the site plan and showed how the proposed lot <br />split is well in excess of City lot requirements. <br />
