Roseville Planning Commission Minutes
May 6, 1987

Page 11

Johnson and DeBenedet proceeded to discuss what the City's
Comprehensive Plan was and the fact that a park was depicted in
this area in the Plan.

Additional discussion occurred which was not related to the
findings with respect to compatibility with the Comprehensive
Plan.

Johnson again pointed to the audience that the issue at hand was
the compatibility with the Comprehensive Plan, not the specifics
of the development.

Maschka stated that in his opinion, the park is compatible with
the Comprehensive Plan, and that there is a definite shortage of
park land on the west side of the City.

Maschka moved, Berry seconded, that the Planning Commission find
the proposed Langton Lake Park Master Plan compatible with the
City's Comprehensive Plan.

Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry,
Maschka, and Johnson.
Nays: None.

Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
Midnight.
