<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />June 3, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked what would happen if the MN/DOT permit was not <br />granted. The Con/Spec representative stated that an internal <br />catch basin would have to be utilized. <br /> <br />Stokes asked what type of building materials would be used. The <br />Con/Spec representative stated that tip up panels with exposed <br />aggregate would be utilized. <br /> <br />Moeller asked where the mechanical systems were going to be <br />placed, and how they would be screened. The Con/Spec representa- <br />tive replied the panels would be properly screend as required. <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked where the trash was going to be stored. Con/Spec <br />replied at the southwest corner of the building, and that they <br />would screen the trash, if so required. <br /> <br />The Con/Spec representative stated also that the <br />consider a blue glass type building as an option, <br />tip up panels. Dahlgren replied that the glass, <br />would be fine. <br /> <br />developer may <br />rather than the <br />done properly, <br /> <br />Janisch stated that the driveway in the northwest corner appears <br />to be too close to the property line; thus, that matter should be <br />adjusted. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Maschka seconded, that theCon/Spec Corporation <br />request for variance at 2310 County Road D be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That draingage, utilities, grading, and landscape plans be <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />2. That the trash receptacle be enclosed. <br /> <br />3. That the roof top mechanical systems be screened through a <br />parapet extension, out of view from the street level. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Janisch then stated that it would be helpful if more specificity <br />with respect to screening could be delineated by the Planning <br />Commision. He also stated that he could make the screening <br />element as part of the application process. <br /> <br />Planning File 1762 <br />James H. House request for division of lot at 1895 Gluek Lane. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />Mr. Dahlgren discussed the proposed layout of the new lot, and <br />pointed out that ponding capacity exists on the site and should <br />not be removed. He also pointed out that Dr. House had received <br />the support of all of his neighbors. <br />
