<br />Roseville Planning Commission <br />June 3, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 14 <br /> <br />Amendment to Zoning Code by adding parking for commercial devel- <br />opment as a special use in an R-1 Zoning District. <br /> <br />Dahlgren discussed that this particular amendment could be quite <br />useful, and would provide protection to residential property <br />owners. <br /> <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded, that the council amend <br />ordinance to approve business parking in a residential <br />through a special use when said parking is contiguous <br />business district. <br /> <br />the <br />area <br />to a <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, <br />Maschka, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Seating Arrangement <br />Waldron asked the Planning Commission its preference with respect <br />to future seating arrangements. The Planning Commission members <br />stated that they would prefer random seating, with the proviso <br />that the same individual not be in a position to vote first at <br />two consecutive meetings. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:50 <br />p.m. <br />
