Waldron pointed out that he would rely on an appraiser <br />to point out the difference between fair market value of the land <br />versus the actual price that BRA Partners, Inc. had to pay for <br />the homes. <br /> <br />Waldron pointed out that the item before the Planning Commission <br />was to ascertain whether the proposed District coincides with the <br />City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Berry moved, Maschka seconded, that the Planning Commission find <br />that Tax Increment District No. 9 does coincide with the City of <br />Roseville's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, Maschka, <br />and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at <br />Midnight. <br />
