Roseville Planning Commission Minutes
July 1, 1987

Page 9

Goedeke asked what BRA was going to do with the two homes further
to the north. Rosene stated that that area is being kept for
future expansion, and the two homes will remain standing for an
interim period.

DeBenedet asked whether the parking was adequate on the site.
Rosene replied that they are meeting all requirements.

Johnson stated her concern with respect to potential parking
shortages in the area if the use were to change. Rosene replied no, but they would move it to the other
side of the parking lot.

Janisch asked for clarification in terms of the drainage in the
area, which Rosene proceeded to explain.

Berry asked whether BRA would enclose the trash.
yes, if so required.

Rosene said

DeBenedet asked as to whether the sidewalk development made sense
at this point in time. That the final drainage and engineering plans be approved by
staff.

2. That the final landscape plans be approved by staff, including
screening of the trash in a similar building material.

3. That the applicant place the appropriate sidewalk funds in
escrow.

Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, Maschka,
and Johnson.
Nays: None.

Other Business

Approval of City Tax Increment District No.9.
Waldron proceeded to discuss the proposed Tax Increment District
No.9, which relates to multiple projects in the City.
