<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />July 1, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Goedeke seconded, that Fine Associates request <br />for Special Use Permit (site plan review for B-1B) be tabled <br />until the August 5, 1987, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, Maschka, <br />and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1776 <br />Centre Pointe vacation of portions of public streets and <br />ments, and preliminary plat, east side of 35W between <br />Roads C and D. <br /> <br />ease- <br />County <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Mr. Dahlgren discussed the proposed site, and the current <br />activity that is taking place on the office park development. <br /> <br />Janisch proceeded to discuss the process of working through the <br />vacation of certain easements and right-of-way, in the process <br />that is required to accomplish the task. He stated his concern <br />that there are a number of areas where it is critical that the <br />City maintain services while the development is in process. <br /> <br />Dahlgren suggested that the approval could be subject to staff <br />review of documentation and timing. <br /> <br />Eric Nessett asked for a clarification regarding <br />Janisch replied that he was mainly concerned with <br />but there may be other areas that they have to <br />developer in terms of timing. <br /> <br />this condition. <br />the water main, <br />work with the <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded, that the Centre pointe request <br />for vacation of portions of public streets and easements, and <br />preliminary plat, east side of 35W between County Road C and D, <br />be approved with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. That the vacation be subject to staff approval of documentation <br />and timing. <br /> <br />Planning File 1777 <br />Bonestroo/Rosene (BRA Partners, Inc.) request for Special Use <br />Permit and rezoning at 2335 - 2369 Fulham. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Mr. Dahlgren discussed the site, and pointed out how the four <br />homes are being purchased to the north. This has been a priority <br />of the City for a number of years, to make sure that these homes <br />did not become isolated. Dahlgren pointed out that the request <br />is for rezoning to B-4, plus a special use for site plan review. <br /> <br />Mr. Rosene, representing BRA Partners, Inc., proceeded to discuss <br />the proposal in more detail. <br />
