<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />August 5, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that he was concerned about the parking set- <br />backs, and hopefully the variances could be eliminated. Janisch <br />and Waldron pointed out it was extremely difficult for the <br />Building Inspector to know if colors were a condition if they are <br />not made part of the formal condition in the respective motion. <br />Waldron pOinted out that he would attempt to find the artist <br />rendering and report back to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Dahlgren suggested that there are a number of methods that are <br />available to ensure that developments are constructed as planned, <br />and that he would be happy to discuss those at the August 31 <br />joint meeting. <br /> <br />Maschka also stated his concerns with respect to the Lido land- <br />scaping. Waldron pointed out that Mr. Dahlgren and he had met <br />with Lido, and developed a new landscaping plan which is <br />currently being implemented. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at <br />11:00 p.m. <br />
