Dahlgren pointed out that this could be <br />a very workable proposal for use in the City. <br /> <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded, that the amendment to the Zoning <br />Code to allow commercial parking in a less restrictive contiguous <br />business district by special use be approved. <br /> <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Johnson, Maschka, Berry, DeBenedet, Goedeke, <br />and Moeller. <br />None. <br />Stokes. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />Finding of Fact: <br />DeBenedet stated his concern with respect to being sure that the <br />appropriate findings of fact are delineated and identified as it <br />relates to planning proposals before the Commission. <br /> <br />Workshops <br />The MPA Planning Workshops were discussed, and Waldron <br />that those members interested in attending should contact <br />Mardy Olesen or him at City Hall. <br /> <br />stated <br />either <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at <br />10:30 p.m. <br />
