Dahlgren pointed out that the proposal <br />involves the construction six (6) four (4) unit buildings, and <br />two (2) garages on the site. Each unit would be rented, and <br />would be two story, two bedroom units. Dahlgren pointed out that <br />this proposal would be consistent with the R-3A zoning district. <br /> <br />Johnson questioned where access to the site would be. Dahlgren <br />pointed out that the access v/Ould be provided to Fry Street at <br />the northwest corner of the site, and that there would also be <br />emergency vehicle access from MacDonald's parking area to the <br />east. <br /> <br />Dahlgren pointed out that the proposal would provide a housing <br />alternative not already found in the community, and expand it's <br />housing base. <br /> <br />Johnson inquired if fire concerns have been addressed. Dahlgren <br />responded that he believed that all these issues have been worked <br />out and Dunwell indicated that they had met with the fire <br />marshall and had worked out his concerns. <br /> <br />Janisch summarized utility concerns and easement needs on the <br />site. Janisch indicated that the new fire marshall would be <br />starting on Monday, and recommended that the applicant meet with <br />the new fire marshall to make sure all water lines, and hydrant <br />
