The development be developed in accordance with the <br />plans as submitted dated 2-22-88. <br /> <br />2 That the development be subject to final review of <br />landscaping, screening, and drainage by city staff. <br /> <br />3. That additional screening and landscaping be provided <br />between the truck dock area and County Road B. <br /> <br />4. Dahlgren pointed out that the project <br />involves construction of a retail center, parking and landscape <br />improvements, and the relocation of a sanitary sewer line. <br />Dahlgren informed the commission that the proposal would not <br />meet the ordinance requirement that 3% of the interior of parking <br />lots be landscaped, Dahlgren also pointed out that the elevation <br />
