<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 6, 1988 <br /> <br />April 6, 1988 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br />7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, <br />Maschka, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Waldron, Dahlgren, Honchell and Jopke <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison), Cushman and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Berry moved, Stokes seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission held Wednesday, <br />March 2, 1988 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, Johnson, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: DeBenedet, Maschka <br /> <br />Planning File 1826 <br /> <br />Roseville Properties request for a special use permit for a dance <br />studio at 1995 West County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location of the request and indicated <br />that the dance studio had been operating illegally for <br />approximately 1~ years. Dahlgren pointed out that there would be <br />no parking problem, but that the commission might want to <br />consider as a condition of the approval the provision of a second <br />legal exit from the dance studio. <br /> <br />George Letendre of Roseville Properties indicated that they were <br />unaware of the requirement for a special use permit and when it's <br />necessity was brought to their attention, they applied for the <br />special use permit. <br /> <br />DeBenedet inquired whether or not the applicant would be willing <br />to provide the required second exit wi thin 30 days. Letendre <br />responded that it would be no problem. <br />
