<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 4, 1988 <br /> <br />May 4, 1988 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller <br />Maschka, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Honchell, Jopke <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison), and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Goedeke asked that the minutes be amended to indicate on page 5 <br />that he asked the applicant if the fire walls would be provided <br />between the proposed uses in the building, and the appl icant <br />indicated that yes, they would be provided. Maschka moved, <br />Moeller seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of the <br />Roseville Planning commission held Wednesday, April 6, 1988 be <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Johnson Moeller, DeBenedet, Berry, <br />Goedeke, Stokes <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 1840 <br /> <br />Mr. Reiling request for approval of a preliminary plat and <br />variances to front yard setback at 2815, 2834 and 2835 victoria <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation: <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location of the proposed plat adjacent to <br />Lake Owasso and pointed out that the city and Ramsey County had <br />considered purchasing this property for open space in the past <br />but determined that it was not in the public interest to do so. <br />Dahlgren added that the right of way needs for victoria Avenue <br />would be met with the dedications in this proposal. <br /> <br />Honchell summarized the considerations and actions by various <br />bodies including the Department on Natural Resources, Army Corps <br />
