Staff review of final engineering and landscape <br />details. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, Moeller, <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />DeBenedet suggested that staff review handicap access issues <br />including decent ramps near entrances and that handicapped spaces <br />should be marked with signs. <br /> <br />Johnson recessed the meeting at 9:55 pm. <br /> <br />The meeting reconvened at 10:10 pm. <br /> <br />Planninq File 1844 <br /> <br />Dean McAllister/Robert Michaels request for a lot division at 818 <br />and 820 Millwood Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location and history of the site. <br /> <br />Bob Michaels testified that the lot split was being done to <br />re-establish lot lines that were set up in the originally plat, <br />that there would be separate water and sewer to each of the lots, <br />and that the lots were of ample size for individual development. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned what front yard setbacks were pointing out <br />that houses on either side had greater setbacks then normal. <br />DeBenedet suggested that a condition might be that a 40 foot <br />minimum front yard setback be required. Michaels responded that <br />the designs for the houses would include setbacks which were <br />consistent with others in the area, and that he had no objection <br />to the 40 foot setback standard. <br />
