All buildings on the site be removed as proposed prior <br />to sale of either of the lots. <br /> <br />2. A 10 foot dedication be provided for Dale Street as <br />proposed in the plan. <br /> <br />3. That the northerly lot be reduced to 80 feet and that <br />the southerly lot be increased to 90 feet. <br /> <br />4. That the driveway access to the southerly lot be from <br />Transit Avenue only. <br /> <br />5. That all unpaid special assessments be paid. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, Moeller, <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br />Planninq File 1847 <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Robert Renstrom request for a lot division and a special use <br />permit for a planned use development at 1887 and 1895 Rice <br />Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location and proposed lot line changes. <br /> <br />Honchell suggested that the southern portion of lot 4 be <br />combined with lot 5 as a condition of this approval to prevent <br />any potential development on the small remainder of lot 4. <br /> <br />Berry pointed out that there was a trash and vehicle storage <br />problem which should be required to be cleaned up as part of this <br />approval. <br /> <br />Kris Krengle answered that the southern lot is leased to Land Z <br />Company and not controlled by the property owner. Krengle <br />further stated that the junk is a part of Land Z Manufacturing <br />
