Stokes expressed concern that the addition of 30 <br />feet to lot 5 would allow 30 feet more area to store junk. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Berry commented that the city at this time does not need to be <br />held responsible for past actions on the fence. The fence is a <br />current code problem which should be addressed. <br /> <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded that the land division and <br />special use permit for a Planned unit Development at 1887 and <br />1895 Rice Street be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That concrete curbing be provided for the driveway or <br />driveways in question if not currently existing. <br /> <br />2. That common access proposed will be the only access <br />directly off of Rice Street from lot 5. <br /> <br />3. That there be no exterior storage of material or <br />manufactured product on lots 3, 4 and 5 Shady Beach. <br /> <br />4.
