<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 6, 1988 <br /> <br />July 6, 1988 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at 7:33 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller <br />Maschka, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Waldron, Dahlgren, Jopke, and Keel <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison), Cushman and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Johnson suggested that there appeared to be language missing in <br />the third paragraph of the bottom on page 10. <br /> <br />Berry pointed out a similar problem on page 13 in the fourth <br />paragraph from the bottom. <br /> <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission of June 1, 1988 be <br />approved with the language additions pointed out previously. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />Maschka, DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Moeller <br /> <br />Planninq File 1875 <br /> <br />continuation of Public Hearing concerning Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Area and Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Johnson summarized the status of this hearing and that the <br />commission would be considering continuing this matter to a <br />special meeting to July 13, 1988. Johnson also expressed concern <br />about flyers which had been distributed without names on them <br />which prevented contact to inform people of this possible <br />continuance. <br />
