<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Page:#: <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 6, 1988 <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Maschka seconded that the public hearing <br />concerning the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment be continued to July 13, 1988 to allow the commission <br />time to review additional material which has been received and to <br />obtain written opinion from the city attorney concerning whether <br />rezoning would be mandated or if existing property owners would <br />be required to change or cease business if they are not in <br />compliance with the new plan or zoning. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Maschka, Moeller, <br />Stokes, Johnson <br /> <br />Berry, DeBenedet, <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 1874 <br /> <br />Review of city ordinances and policies relating to outside <br />merchandising. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Johnson reviewed the status of this item and indicated that a <br />meeting has been scheduled for July 27, 1988 to have an informal <br />exchange with businesses concerning their opinions on the <br />regulation of outside storage and merchandising. Johnson also <br />stated that the Chamber of Commerce has agreed to notify it's <br />members of this meeting and that staff would be sending out press <br />releases to further notify other businesses in the area of this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded to continue the consideration of <br />this matter to July 27, 1988. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Maschka, Moeller, <br />Stokes, Johnson <br /> <br />Berry, DeBenedet, <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 1857 <br /> <br />Gerald Kaufhold request for preliminary plat at the former <br />Lexington School site at 1130 W.
