That adequate handicapped parking be provided. <br /> <br />3. Investments request for Special Use Permit and Variance at <br />1910 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the site location, the existing site <br />conditions, and the proposed improvements. Dahlgren pointed out <br />that the variance would not be necessary because the floor area <br />ratio could be handled as part of the Special Use Permit for a <br />Planned unit Development. Dahlgren stated that the only concern <br />for the project was the exterior building materials. <br /> <br />Mark Finneman from Finn-Daniels Architects summarized the <br />proposal. Finneman pointed out that the exterior materials, in <br />his opinion, would be brick or equal, that because of the <br />distance of the site from pUblic roads, and the landscaping in <br />front and the orientation of the building that the use of rock <br />base block and embossed block would not be a problem. The <br />
