Jopke outlined the history and reasons for the delays. <br />Dahlgren pointed out that there have been numerous meetings with <br />the developer on this matter. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Goedke, <br />Maschka, Moeller, Johnson <br /> <br />Stokes, <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Kehr commended the commission on the well run meeting. <br /> <br />Goedeke expressed concerns about signs that had been installed at <br />the former ponderosa Steak House on Rice Street. Staff agreed to <br />check these signs out. <br /> <br />Goedeke expressed concerns about the left turn lane signs at the <br />Lexington Shopping Center at Lexington and Larpenteur. <br /> <br />Maschka indicated a concern about improperly marked left turn <br />lanes for the Rosedale Square Shopping Center. <br /> <br />Keel stated he would bring these matters to the attention of the <br />traffic safety commission. <br /> <br />Johnson discussed the possibility of having two meetings in <br />October, because of the large number of cases. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the commission to have two meetings <br />which would be held October 5, and October 12. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adj ourned at <br />10:43 pm. <br />
