<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page#12 <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 7, 1988 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location and history of the proposal. <br />DeBenedet questioned if right-of-way was needed on Lakeview. <br />Keel responded that right-of-way was not needed on Lakeview and <br />outlined the history of the assessments in the area which <br />generated this proposal. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that the city should establish a policy and <br />stick to it, pointing out that variances from the policy effect <br />the ability to enforce the policy to acquire additional right-of- <br />way when necessary. <br /> <br />Dahlgren pointed out that they propose a 10 foot dedication along <br />Lakeview on the drawing. <br /> <br />Cushman clarified that this lot was not the one involved in <br />litigation. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Goedeke seconded to approve the lot division <br />based on the survey provided by the applicant with a condition <br />that the portion of parcel B located east of victoria street be <br />identified as non-buildable. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Goedke, <br />Maschka, Moeller, Johnson <br /> <br />stokes, <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 1886 <br /> <br />Richard Ward request for a lot division at 2653 Matilda street. <br /> <br />No applicant was present. DeBenedet stated that he had <br />significant concerns about this request including right-of-way <br />and set back impacts.
